- We guarantee to underbid any licensed contractor’s estimate if presented by the customer.
- Prices may vary based on the complexity of the job, materials, and access requirements.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Scheduling and Access
- Customers are responsible for providing access to the property and plumbing systems.
- Scheduled service times are estimates. We strive to be punctual and will notify you of any delays.
- Changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that all plumbing areas are clear and accessible for work to be completed safely.
- Provide accurate information about the issue, property layout, and previous work.
- Comply with any permits or legal requirements for large-scale or city/government projects.
5. Warranty and Liability
- All work is performed by licensed and trained professionals to industry standards.
- LCS Plumbing is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to structural defects or unauthorized modifications.
- Any warranty on materials or workmanship will be specified in writing for each project.
6. Payment
- Payment is accepted via cash, check, or approved electronic methods.
- Late payments may incur additional fees as agreed in writing.
- For large-scale or government projects, payment terms will be specified in the contract.
7. Intellectual Property
